Here’s a little about who we are, what we do and who we work with…
AAC Waterproofing has been established since the 1970s and was one of the first UK companies to adopt and operate extensively with single-ply membranes.
We were also one of the early developers of off-site build techniques and we boast a purpose-built facility providing accurate, efficient prefabrication of high quality waterproofing solutions. Ultimately, this reduces the amount of time required for on-site installation.
What we do
We are experts in large scale flat roofing projects, working in a wide range of projects from public sector, commercial & private buildings, cutting-edge architectural structures, cladding and tanking, to waterproofing for extreme environment situations.
We are also approved installers of of PVC, liquid, EPDM and felt systems. You can see some of our projects here.

Why choose AAC?
- Skills There are many excellent roofing products available today, but if they are not installed correctly they will not perform adequately on the roof – leading to leaks and return visits by the contractor. At AAC, all of our operatives are trained & experienced in particular roofing systems and are supervised by competent and qualified managers.
- Health & safety All-AAC staff are fully trained in all relevant aspects of roofing health & safety, including, but not limited to, Work at height, Asbestos awareness and Abrasive wheels. Our policy is for zero accidents.
- Safe working As a means of avoiding roof fires we have adopted a policy of using only ‘no-flame’ roofing systems. This benefits our operatives, building occupants, site visitors and the property itself.
- Advice Our long experience of roofing enables us to provide the client with competent and impartial advice on roofing issues. Following discussion with the client regarding requirements and budgets we can advise on the most appropriate specification and roofing system.
- Customer service While we relish winning new contracts and clients, we pride ourselves an maintaining our existing client-base and winning repeat business. We therefore pay close attention to the needs of all of our clients.
